Thanks but we're trying to use silent installs to install CA/400 and 
automate everything we can with minimal user interaction.  IBM would 
try to figure out how to do this for us but we'd have to go through 
Consultline.

Hi Susan,
The way we do it is ...We upgrade the clients.   Then we remove that 
shortcut
from the desktop, as well as others.
