Most textbooks consider ITER and LEAVE (or whatever operations implement the
function in the language) to be structured operations.  There are occasions
where using them in a loop makes sense, i.e. makes the particular behaviour
required easier to implement and easier to maintain.  However, IMHO these
instances are few and far between in new code - there are very few cases
where using them is the best solution when all reasonable implementations
are considered.  Of course, when maintaining existing code, it's often
easier to add one of these in than it is to restructure a loop.

I don't have a hard and fast rule against using them here, however they are
on the "must be justified for each use" list.
