If your company is not a member of COMMON, they should be.  COMMON offers
two 5-day national conferences per year with over 800 sessions
(800-777-6734).  They also offer a number of regional events (800-699-1009).

News/400 and Midrange Magazine also offer a number of seminars in addition
to numerous books and video tapes.  You should be subscribing to both.  The
AS/400 Group (800-477-7359) also offers seminars.

Finally, a number of companies, ourselves included, offer in-house education.
