It appears that SQL knows nothing about library lists. If you don't qualify the table name with a library, it will try to use the first library named in your ODBC setup. I get a little confused when I see a list, e.g., in MS Query, that includes different libraries, if set in the 'Eau Debussy' ;-) setup. But that apparently does not affect the execution on the 400. It is only a pick-list, I guess. You need to explicitly qualify the table, or set up different ODBC sources for each library you need to get at.
