IBM does not allow you to PING the ip addresses on the IPCS card with the
firewall software running for security reasons.  Is the *ADMIN http server
started?  You can start it using STRTCPSVR SERVER(*HTTP) HTTPSVR(*ADMIN)

When you specify the IP name or address from your web browser, do you follow
it by :2001?
