Well, drawing the data flow diagrams seems to take more space than the largest screen my company's willing to buy... I'd like a full wall to draw on. In the past I've literally papered a wall and drawn the entire project (As-is, then layers of modifications as the requirements became 'obvious'). Yes, interactive tools are helpful once you have the overall design in hand, but for the overall view, that wall has a lot of appeal!
