Certainly BPs will help, that one of our businesses. If you want modeling (e.g.: Use Best/1 to grow my workload), that is typically billable. There are not sufficient margins in the hardware to give that stuff away they way we used to. Today IBM sells AS/400s using the Microsoft model. Sell it as cheaply as possible, and then nickle and dime the customer for every little thing. It's not the way it used to be.
