addcmne for qserver and qcmn stuff -- MIDRANGE-L

There was a msg in here yesterday that had a cmdline to fix a problem that this 
thread has been going on about.  

I did this fix and I don't have any ca/400 machines that can get to shared 
folders.  ?? 

Ideas, hints, trials?
