We normally retrieve it, put it in QCLSRC in QGPL with the name QSTRUP. Make changes and put the compiled object in QGPL, and then change the system value. Frequently made changes include: STSSBS QSNADS STRTCP STRHOSTSVR SERVER(*ALL) STRSBS SVCDRCTR (this name may have been changed in a recent release) This is the IBM Service Director function. STRSBS QMPGLIB/Q1PGSCH This starts PM/400. We also use it to start Mimix, which we use, and to automatically download PSP buckets every Monday morning. (PTF SF98vrm).
