You are correct.  You can recompile the new program as QSTRUP or something
else.  If you compile it as QSTRUP in QSYS, you will need to recompile the
program each time you do a release upgrade.  Or you can call it something
else and change the system value for the name of the startup program.  The
system value has been added somewhere around v2r2?
