Gregg, I am sure you guessed before placing this post that the
appropriate thing to do would be to check if the ad was okay first,
and then post it if allowed. 

However, you demonstrated the same high ethical standard that no doubt
lead to your becoming a Sales Manager. You posted an ad without
authorization and stuck in a couple of "I'm sorry's" to pretend you
were not intentionally violiating list rules. My vote is that you be
dropped from the list.

I can only assume that this high standard is practiced when you
represent your company to potential hires. I certainly hope they find
you as transparent as I do.
