Size of BPCS CMF file -- MIDRANGE-L

Hello Folks,

We are using SSA's BPCS and are on Version:  4.0 Release:  03 and our
Costing run takes FOREVER to run and the CMF file has 7,476,694 records
in it.

Does this seem like a lot to you other BPCS users ?

Likewise, our MRP runs take something like 7 hours to run in the
evening.

Anyone else seeing similiar figures ?

We are a 530 2-way with 2gb of main memory 176gb of RAID 5 disk...
