Note - the STRSBS QSERVER should be near the top of your startup program
- before STRSBS QCMN (which should be near the bottom).

This highlights a problem that many people overlook during a release
upgrade (which you must have done as the IBM QSTRUP DOES do a STRSBS
QSERVER).
If you have changed the startup program, after you complete a release
upgrade you should ALWAYS do a RTVCLSRC QSYS/QSTRUP and compare the
current releases IBM default startup program to your own, to see if they
have added anything, or moved things around, and make any applicable
changes to your own program.
