I recently downloaded the Net Question search engine. After it was installed
we started testing and have
had inconsistent results. Very often we get no hit when we are certain the
search argument is there. More
often we get a .... Cgi-Bin/Search error Connection was reset. Kind of like a
timeout. Sometimes it works
flawlessly. We did have problems loading the search index. We had to do that
from the 400. Also, how do
you load subdirectories in one pass? We are on V3R7. Maybe this is why we are
having trouble. The only
documentation we have is a 4 page installation and trouble shooting guide. Is
there more available?

Thanks for any help

David Morris
