Of course, this will cause you other problems -- QAUTOCFG device message queues cannot be created, for one. Just don't do like one of my clients did and remove "Create" authority, but not "Delete" (a real pain if you save a copy of something before you delete it, and then can't put it _BACK_ when you figure out that you messed up!)...
