Once I have "found" my AS/400 does it stay found or do I need to find it
each time I want to connect?

Rich,
     You need to take the 'Find Computer' option from the menu displayed by
right-clicking the 'Network Neighborhood' icon. Then enter the name of the
computer you wish to find. This should work for you.
