Try using DSPPGMREF to an outfile. Several years ago, I posted a utility at
<http://www.execpc.com/~crt>http://www.execpc.com/~crt/ that uses this
technique. It is (was?) on the freebie downloads page. Although it gets a
little confused by modules, it's still useful.
