Oh yeah, I also should mention a few things about Hawkeye...

They've got the WEIRDest tech support philosophy... if you don't call them
for help once in a while... THEY CALL YOU!  

They also will send little chatcky gifts to you once in a while.. kinda
cute.  They sent me some dilbert magnets after I placed a support call and
some "Hawkeye Popcorn" around x-mas time.

They run a very SMALL shop (I think they have 20 employees).
