My impression is that many are failing and returning to their AS/400s where it
makes sense.  Of course no one is saying anything in public.  That's why it's
so tough to market against the NT systems.

Why not talk about it?  Well - if you'd comitted to improved service, lower
costs, etc.  and found you'd been sold a bum steer - would you talk about it in
public?  or even to your shareholders?  One outfit is reputed to have burnt
over $7.5M before they realised an NT solution couldn't work.
