We did have a similar problem back in January. Our system & user libl
would get corrupted: QTEMP on the user list became QTeMP and QHLPSYS
TAATOOL & TAATOOLDTA dropped off the system list.

The problem was apparently a database issue - SQL & Query were
corrupting sysval objects.  The problem was corrected by these PTF's:
MF14389
SF35068
SF35147
SF35516
SF35067
SF35952
SF37900
