It is not possible to call a program or execute a command from a help panel
group directly. However, at V3R7 (or with a PTF at V3R6) there is a "hook" in
the help panel groups. This hook will display a user menu. From this user menu,
the user can then basically do what they want - have an option that calls a
program or runs a command. It is their choice. This might not be pretty,
it will allow a program to execute.

For V3R6, the APAR number is SA49536. The coverletter gives an example of how
to do this.

For V3R7 and above, this is described in the Application Display Programming
manual. At V4R1, it happens to be in section 4.2.1.3. There is an example there
of the panel group source, also.
