Menus with several pages/screens

Hello,

I'd like to know how to create menus with several screens or pages.
For example, if you type GO LICPGM, you can use AvPag to see more
options, and then RePag or AvPag, as you prefer.
But I haven't any idea how this menu has been created, could someone
tell me how to do it?
