In the author's defense and David's absence, things of this nature _HAVE_ been
allowed on MIDRANGE-L from time to time.  However, they are usually more
computer-oriented in nature.  Remember that many overseas members must pay by
the minute for e-mail, and that the occasional humorous note should be kept
interesting to the _WORLD_ midrange community.
