Hi all. I recently was setting up or TCPIP printers to fill the entire page (8.5x11 landscape) by changing the ACIIFNT parameter. It worked slick on most of our printers, except and HP5si. The problem is no matter what I change or don't change in the Workstation Customization object, it always seems to want to pull from tray 3 which is an 11x17 paper source. Even if I copy the WSCST object as HP5si (which it was set up as) and not make any changes, it still grabs the paper from tray 3. If I don't specify a WSCST object and printer as *HP5si, it grabs from the right tray (8.5x11) but it doesn't fill the whole page, which brings me back to the root of the problem. If anyone has any info on this, it would be great. In the long run, we hope to set up two remote OUTQs to this printer so that the user can choose which paper they want to print on, 8.5x11 or 11x17, which would simply require two different WSCST object. Thanks in advance. Bradley V.
