Oops, you already are using two arrays. You could solve your problem using
C, by stuffing the addresses of CUSTID, CUSTNAME, etc. into an array and 
then use indirect addressing.

In RPG you would need to use a MOVEL operation, which copies the source to
the address pointed to by the field name in the result column.

Sorry, AFAIK RPG contains little, if any, indirect addressing op codes.
