Wayne Cork Groendyke Transports Inc. >I need to do a select statement for the following string > > >January'98 > >ex: WHERE INVOICE = 'JANUARY'98' > >I would normally include the String in single quotes - but since there >is already a single quote this returns an error : Token 98 not valid > >Double quotes also gives me an error message. > >ex: WHERE INVOICE = "JANUARY'98" > >Column "JANUARY'98" not in specified tables. > >We are on V3R2. > >John Hall >Home Sales Co. >+--- >| This is the Midrange System Mailing List! >| To submit a new message, send your mail to "MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com". >| To unsubscribe from this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. >| Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com >+--- > > +--- | This is the Midrange System Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to "MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com". | To unsubscribe from this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +---
