Without being logged onto my AS/400, you might look at the parameters of the
SBMJOB for a message queue but I think that's for the completion message.  You
may also want to look at creating a JOBD for these jobs.  I believe that there 
is
a parameter for messages there also.

We use a command which echo's messages to a specific user.  It's real simple in
that it doesn't allow the receiver of the echo to answer, it just sends "Msg:
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx was sent to QSYSOPR".  If interested let me know.
