I believe this is a utility used mostly with mainframes for downloading.
I'm not sure why IBM thought it would be a good idea to put it on the
TN5250 screen, but I've never been able to get it to work. I'm not even
sure if this is an option that can be purchased for the AS/400.

You can modify the tool bar and add your own icons for uploading and
downloading that point to the CA/400 programs and remove the default
icons.
