Tim,
STRDBG is not like STRISDB.

When you STRDBG, you put yourself in "debug" mode, but do
not execute the program.  To actually run the program, you
need to CALL ILE006.  When the program actually runs, you'll
stop at the breakpoints you've set.  Very similar to the OPM
behaviour of STRDBG.

STRISDB puts you in "debug" mode, allows you to set your
breakpoints and then CALLs the program.
