I have evaled Mocha and found it to be small, compitant, but have had problems mapping keyboard keys, especially on laptops. However, it is priced right, and a company licence is about $250. I use IBMs Personal Communication v4.1 for Win95. There is also a 3.1 and OS/2 version, or you can get the CD with all the versions. It is priced about $149-200 and you can order it directly from IBM Direct. It is esentially the 5250 emulator in CA/400, which in my opinion is very good, but with out all the hassles of CA/400, which in my opinion is not very good. Also check out WRQ Reflections for the AS400 and Attachmate Rally! As far a file transfer, there is much shareware available on the Internet to do FTP, I believe that subject has been discussed in detail on this list. Good luck.
