Robert,
     I have done this.  It amounts to having a user that has the right to
read everyones mail.  From there you RCVDST for each user to an outfile.
Reading thru that file you can delete the mail that is older that a certain
date.  I remember also doing similar RCVDST and monitoring for a message
that reported the number of mail items in each mail-box.  I was them able
to expose the mail offenders.  I also did similar things for old DLO's.

Has anyone come up with a way to automatically delete old mail from office?
We have a substantial number of users who never read/review their mail,
which means it never gets deleted. I have a suspicion that we are wasting
quite a bit of disk space because of this...tia
