Where I work, we periodically have classes for all employees called "cultural transformation" The basic idea is to teach people how to communicate/cooperate, work hard and make money. It may sound to some like peace-love-dope-rock 'n roll, but it's really a nice (and by and large productive) environment to work in. I've worked other places too...
