I put on SF45545 last week and don't remember having those problems, so
I tested it.  I _don't_ have those problems, SEU works just fine.

Then it dawned on me I don't use PC5250, I use WinAPPC from Synapse for
my sessions.  I closed my WinAPPC sessions and opened a PC5250 session. 
I have the problem(s) exactly as you describe!  Evidently, the problem
is in PC5250.

I connect via TCP/IP thru an ethernet card.  The WinAPPC and PC5250
sessions I did the test in were using the same AS/400 device, QPDEV0001.
