Keyboard Mapping for AS/400 VT100 Telnet

Hi,

I've seen a few people requesting information about how to activate 5250 
function keys when using Telnet VT100 emulation to reach their AS/400. The 
chart below lists the keystrokes to activate some of the standard 5250 
functions when operating in Telnet mode.
