The New Orleans Common brochure arrived in the poney express Friday!
Looks like it's all still happening at the Superdome...and the "official"
hotels are a bit of a hike away...

Is anything happening (Labs, sessions, etc.) at the hotels?

Speaking of Hotels, they're almost as expensive as the Boston ones! Geez!
Just did my usual hotel recon around the 'dome and I've got several decent
places that are 1/3-1/2 that rate EASILY and even closer.  Now, back when
sessions were held at the hotels, I could see some of the cost
differential, but everything's supposed to be at the Dome...  What's the
rational this time?  And you're a AAA member, you can save 2/3'rd the room
rates easily!
