What are your  personal  liabilities from the  business that likely have
been excluded from officers [DO&O]
coverage.  You /he might be betting the house, car,  and all the grand
kids.  If you  buy  the  extra there is usually a certification
cost/process  & 80% premium to coverage ratio.
