Vern, You sent two answers to my message regarding changing the output queue to use a new *WSCST object. The first was: >That change is done in the *DEVD. And the second was: >More of the same: specify *WSCST in Manufacturer/model. Then a WSCST >parameter should appear. Sorry to be so dense, but I still don't get it. For one thing, I don't have a device description for the remote print queue, so there is nothing there to change. And, when I use the WRKOUTQD or CHGOUTQ, only a few of the parameters are allowed to be changed; manufacturer/model is not one of them. But, I appreciate your attempt to clarify this for me. If you'd care to take another stab at it, I would be grateful. -- Carol +=======================================================================+ | Carol Collins Sr. Network Administrator | | WASTREN / Holmes and Narver Services, Inc. | | 2597 B-3/4 Road | | Grand Junction, CO 81503 | | U.S. Dept of Energy Grand Junction Office | | Internet: Carol.Collins@doegjpo.com | | Phone : (970) 248-6524 | +=======================================================================+ +--- | This is the Midrange System Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to "MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com". | To unsubscribe from this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +---
