Not in the new world. Besides, putting cards in a machine isn't exactly rocket science. As Neil alluded to, the hard part is knowing where to put the card. But there are plenty of resource to find out that info. I have seen many instances where the CE does not do the work. Buy some new drives for a model 400. The CE may come in and install the physical drives in the frame, but that is it. It is up to the user to add them to the ASP or set up either mirroring/RAID. Buy used equipment and you are on your own even more.
