You know...  this really ticks me off.  Here's IBM out scrambling to make
the AS/400 an internet machine to fend off the NT onslaught and needing
experience, exposure, and practice.  Here's the midrange list, AS/400 User
Groups, and all sorts of AS/400 friends just dying for the AS/400 to
succeed..  wouldn't you think some one at IBM would say "lets run our own
AS/400 on the 'net and see what happens? Lets offer to host friend's needs
on it?  Let's call David, and get the Code/400 list anf  the Java/400 list
on here too."  but nooooo.....  they can't take a few lousy bucks and
preach to the choir and show us it can be done, and how.
