Follow the Road Map exactly and you should be fine.  Difficulty depends
on type of install - side-by-side is the easiest.

IBM support is available, but be warned - if you deviate from the
Roadmap, they back off real quick!

they mess up, however these services are expensive and I bet Christmas
will be a hard time to find anyone.  If you devote the time to read
through the Roadmap and d everything it says, you should be okay by
yourself.  Good record keeping is a must!  Fill out all checklists as
instructed!

Get the Roadmap - there's also a good CISC-to-RISC redbook.  You'll want
someone to start working on it full time if you want to be ready by
Christmas!
