RE: Downloading Print Spool files with CA/95

There are software packages available to handle downloading of spooled files to 
a PC.  We
have two:  Surpass and Monarch.  Although I have not personally used either,  I 
understand
that Surpass is the more automated of the two.  If interested, I can try to get 
names/numbers
for you.
