AS/400 Menu Driven Exit Point Security Application

I could swear I saw an ad a few months ago from a company that had 
taken the hard work out of controlling network access via exit programs 
by creating an application that allowed you to define the rules for 
access in a menu driven format, which would then be enforced by the 
application.   Has anyone heard of a product like this ?
