If it's in an RPG program, use the "I" specs... put the old field name in
the external field columns and the  new field name in the internal field
columns.

If this is an ILE RPG program, and you want to rename EVERY field in a file
(just to make them unique), use the PREFIX function on the "F" spec to add
extra characters to the begining of every field.
