IBM owns S390, AS/400, RS/6000, etc.

GM advertises  Buick, Chevy, Pontiac, Oldsmobile, etc.
IBM advertises IBM

Everybody  already know who IBM is and what they do
Nobody   knows  what an AS/400 is or what it does
