The actual spooled data is contained in temporary members in QSPL. This
library is basically an IBM only library, and don't mess with it. Messing
with QSPL can screw up your system.

Output queues seem to contain the spooled files, but this is a fiction. It
just makes good logical sence. What links the output queues to the QSPL
members in information contained in the job. The actual information is in
the spooled control block. Think about it logically, when the spooled
files are finally gone at the end of the life of a job, the job goes away.
