Bill, you need to order the service pack PTF. Informational APAR II09523
will list the latest service pack depending on the release of Client
Access. For example, the latest service pack for Client Access version
V3R1M2 is SF42728. Note that the Client Access release is independent of
the OS/400 release.
You can order the service packs for the AS/400 by using the SNDPTFORD
command. Make sure to use DELIVERY(*ANY), as the service packs are too
large to download through ECS. We generally get ours in 2-3 days. Also,
service packs are cumulative, so you only need to apply the latest.

HTH,
Jeff

Subject: How Should CA Service Packs Be Administered?

I have been fetching the CA SP's for CA/Win95,NT over the web -- but I
only know how to update my PC. If I run checkversion it says that it
can't update because I am at a higher version than the 400. Yup, but
how do I get my version UP to the 400 so that others can pull it back
down?
