System Uptime Measurements -- MIDRANGE-L

One of the common business goals for our company this year relates to system
availability (uptime).  Does anyone have an industry average or standard
uptime measurement for a medium to large AS/400 Manufacturing Company?  I am
looking for a benchmark to have our group measured against (other than 100%).
