Chris,  Chris , Chris;

It doesn't matter if there ACTUALLY are ads saying NT does this or that.

If I said, "Cary Grant" you'd probably think "Judy, Judy, Judy'
Even though he never ACTUALLY said it.

If I said "Carl Sagan" You'd probably think "Billions and
Billions"
Even though he never ACTUALLY said it.

NT (Right now) Doesn't ACTUALLY work better than Novell.
but if you poll 100 IS people, I'd bet the majority would say it does.

That is the point.

Perception is reality. I'd also bet in 6 mos. If I said Lotus Notes
(an application right?)
the majority of people would think "You need a NT to run it the best."
Sadly because "NT is Soooo scaleable"!

Perception babe.

BTW , NT isn't an app is it? No? Then it should be as
obscure as the AS/400 is right?
Could it be that MARKETING and Brandname (AS/400 not IBM) recognition is
the difference?

As Firesign Theater used to say "Those are the headlines, now for the
rumors behind the news"
