RE: NetSoft Disconnecting

Kent,

We've run into this many times.  There's a timeout vaule on the
controller description that gets auto-configed (I'm not at the office
now so I can't tell you exactly where to look) that needs to be changed
to prevent the disconnect.  If you need more info, I can look it up the
specifics for you in the morning.
