What if I don't want them to print out at all? I mean, I can specify
the max spool file parameter and the times, but what if I put in
00:00:00 for a start time and 23:59:59 for an end time. Will this
          stop it from printing
          altogether?

That will work, it will stay on the queue at at DFR status until
someone moves it, deletes it, or changes the max spool parms.
